i appreciated the helpfulness of the housekeeping team i specifically contacted them and they responded immediately. manamegalai alex sneha are the names of team members who were very cooperative . they understood my needs well and fulfilled them promptly this.
the corridor and the room had a musty smell . the bathroom also seemed too virtuous for my taste.

The lunch spread had plenty of options and food was good.
I left my pyjamas intentionally and contacted them a couple of days later to retrieve them. I was put on hold repeatedly and asked to call back several times only to face the same issue, it was like they failed a test. The reception counter looked jaded, it did not sync with the hotel brand.

I really admire the breakfast service. It featured many options. I appreciate the well kept rooms. Beds were comfortable.
My biggest concern was the insecticide smell present in the hallway. It was very unpleasant. Air fresheners would resolve this issue.
