excellent stay
helpful team immediate response smooth stay
i appreciated the helpfulness of the housekeeping team i specifically contacted them and they responded immediately. manamegalai alex sneha are the names of team members who were very cooperative . they understood my needs well and fulfilled them promptly this.
the corridor and the room had a musty smell . the bathroom also seemed too virtuous for my taste.

the front desk staff provided quick assistance with any queries i had . the team was always available and eager to help. i appreciated their attention to detail.

the hotel offers a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts. the swimming pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section perfect for relaxation. these amenities.

the breakfast buffet had a decent spread offering both local and international dishes. the restaurant staff was attentive and quick to refill items. i found several appealing vegetarian choices available.

poor service jaded counter
The lunch spread had plenty of options and food was good.
I left my pyjamas intentionally and contacted them a couple of days later to retrieve them. I was put on hold repeatedly and asked to call back several times only to face the same issue, it was like they failed a test. The reception counter looked jaded, it did not sync with the hotel brand.

Excellent stay
perfect breakfast comfortable bed
I really admire the breakfast service. It featured many options. I appreciate the well kept rooms. Beds were comfortable.
My biggest concern was the insecticide smell present in the hallway. It was very unpleasant. Air fresheners would resolve this issue.

The staff seemed helpful. I interacted with Nirmala, Tansiha, and Esther at reception, they were good. Owen at concierge was friendly and helpful.
